  • It also stores nothing in your browser's storage, not even on the group invitation page.
  • That is why you will see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
  • The app does show advertising, but not with cookies: it is explained below.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember preferences, keep sessions open or obtain browsing statistics. Other equivalent techniques fall under the same legal umbrella, such as local storage, session storage or tracking pixels.

2. Cookies used by this website: none

All the pages of this site are made up of HTML, a stylesheet, typefaces, our own JavaScript files and graphics, served from the domain itself (olutax.com). They load no resource from third-party servers and do not connect to our database.

We install no cookies, neither our own nor third-party, we store nothing in your browser's local storage and we use no device fingerprinting, tracking pixels or web analytics tools. We embed no videos, maps, external typefaces or social media buttons. The language in which you see the website is decided by the page address or, on shared links, by your browser's language, without storing anything.

3. Technical server logs

The site is hosted with a hosting provider (Vercel) which, like any web server, may automatically log technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) solely to serve the pages, maintain security and compile aggregate infrastructure statistics. Those logs are not cookies and are not used for advertising.

4. The mobile app is something else

This policy refers only to the website. The mobile app “Olutax” does show advertising through Google AdMob. On a phone, browser cookies are not used, but the device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) and other technical data.

Before loading any ad, the app asks for your consent through Google's form (User Messaging Platform) in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and on iOS, in addition, through Apple's tracking prompt. You can withdraw it at any time from the app or system settings. With Olutax Plus active, no advertising is loaded. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

If in the future this site adds any cookie or measurement tool, we would update this page with the details of each one and activate the consent mechanism before installing it. If you have any question, write to us at hello@opharana.com.
