This Legal Notice governs access to and use of this website (hereinafter, “the Website”), whose purpose is to provide information about the mobile app “Olutax”, make its legal documents and its support channel available to the public, and host the page that opens from group invitation links.

Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. Use of the app is also governed by the Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. The Website is purely informational: it sells nothing and processes no payments, and uses no cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

The user agrees to make proper use of the Website's content and not to use it for unlawful activities, contrary to good faith or public order, or to damage the systems of the owner or of third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the Website (texts, graphics, images, design, trademarks, logos, source code and software) are owned by OPHARANA LLC or by third parties who have authorized their use. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorization of the owner is prohibited. Elements with their own license are excepted:

Olutax is a friendly parody of a counter receipt and has no relationship with any tax authority or tax advisory firm. “Apple” and “App Store” are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. “Google Play” and “Android” are registered trademarks of Google LLC. They are mentioned for identification purposes only and their owners do not sponsor or endorse this Website.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability

The owner is not liable for damages that may arise from the unavailability or discontinuity of the Website, from errors or omissions in the content, or from unlawful or incorrect use that users make of it. The Website may contain links to third-party sites, whose content or practices the owner is not responsible for.

The owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, whatever modifications it considers appropriate to the Website, and may change, remove or add content and the way it is presented.

7. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, and where the applicable consumer legislation allows, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.
